Bruce Smith, P.Eng.
Bruce has over 6 years of mining and process engineering with Denison Mines and Cominco. He also has over 25 years experience in oil and gas engineering in various management capacities.
James (Jim) Masleck, MBA
Jim has over 30 years experience in financial management including accounting, budgeting, project economics and investment capital sourcing with Esso Chemicals, Gulf Canada and Dundee.
Carl C. Berdahl, M.Ed
Carl is a University of Calgary graduate with a Masters in Cognition and Counseling in 1974. He has over 15 years experience as an investment advisor, financial planner and consultant. Carl has been involved with raising capital for innovative companies which are tapping the accredited investor market.
Elvern Esau
Elvern has over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry as civil contractor completing road and lease construction, maintenance, remediation, and reclamation, aggregate supply, and hauling special waste. Elvern is also responsible for job costing, as well as pre-site, environmental and hazard assessments.
Wayne Bell
Wayne has over 25 years of expertise in the oil and gas industry and is currently president of Western Performance Holdings Ltd., a firm specializing in mechanical and pipeline installation, lease and road construction and plant design and building.
