Ironstone Resources Ltd., headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, Canada is a Canadian exploration and development company with strategic mineral deposits in the Clear Hills region of northwestern Alberta.

The company, which owns 100% of 200,000 acres in the Clear Hills of Alberta, has completed its initial drilling program on its Rambling Creek block, and has commissioned SRK Consultants (Canada) to produce a NI 43-101 resource report, expected in July 2010.

Ironstone is focused on developing its core mineral assets, and is committed to the commercial development of its significant resource-base to serve global demand for iron and steel.

Ironstone has attracted international attention by global steel companies due to the scope of its iron and vanadium project and its favourable geographic location. Recently over $US260M of investment was made in two Canadian iron ore juniors by global steel giants.
